李媛(申請者),女,博士,副教授。在此項目中擔任項目負責人。 2011年11月被北京化工大學以“優(yōu)秀后備人才”引進回國,在生命科學與技術學院工作,F(xiàn)主要從事生物活性物質的微膠囊化、食品生物大分子的自組裝和食品膠體化學方面的研究。
