工作經(jīng)歷 Work Experience

郭斌，1980年生，工學(xué)博士，西北工業(yè)大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)院教授，博導(dǎo)，計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)與微電子系主任，普適智能與計(jì)算研究所副所長(zhǎng)。2003和2006年分別獲得西安交大本科和碩士學(xué)位，2009年3月在日本慶應(yīng)大學(xué)獲得博士學(xué)位，2009-2011年在法國(guó)國(guó)立電信學(xué)院進(jìn)行博士后研究。2010年12月以“海外人才引進(jìn)”的方式，特評(píng)為西北工業(yè)大學(xué)副教授，2014年破格晉升教授，現(xiàn)工作于陜西省嵌入式系統(tǒng)技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室 。2012年入選“教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才計(jì)劃”，2014年入選“陜西省青年科技新星”，2016年入選國(guó)家“萬(wàn)人計(jì)劃”青年拔尖人才。

主要從事普適計(jì)算，移動(dòng)群智感知，大數(shù)據(jù)智能等領(lǐng)域的研究。目前承擔(dān)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、陜西省自然科學(xué)基金、陜西省科技發(fā)展計(jì)劃等課題，參與國(guó)家973課題、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)重點(diǎn)基金等重大項(xiàng)目。擔(dān)任《IEEE Communications Magazine》、《ACM Transactions on Intelligent Systems and Technology》、《IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems》、《ACM Proceedings of IMWUT》、《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics》、《IEEE Internet of Things》等國(guó)際權(quán)威期刊的編委或客座編委。擔(dān)任IEEE國(guó)際普適智能與計(jì)算會(huì)議(UIC'15 )、IEEE人際聯(lián)網(wǎng)國(guó)際會(huì)議(IOP'17)主席，IEEE CPSCom'16, IEEE UIC'13, ANT'14等國(guó)際會(huì)議程序主席等職務(wù)，擔(dān)任2018全國(guó)普適計(jì)算學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議程序主席。IEEE高級(jí)會(huì)員，IEEE通訊協(xié)會(huì)大數(shù)據(jù)專委委員，中國(guó)計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)會(huì)CCF高級(jí)會(huì)員，CCF《技術(shù)動(dòng)態(tài)》編委，CCF 普適計(jì)算專委常務(wù)委員，CCF大數(shù)據(jù)專家委員會(huì)通訊委員等。
