個人簡介2009年畢業(yè)于華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)發(fā)育生物學(xué)專業(yè),獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。隨后在本校作物學(xué)博士后流動站從事油菜育種資源創(chuàng)新與基因組學(xué)研究,并赴澳大利亞新南威爾士州沃加農(nóng)業(yè)研究所進(jìn)行了三個月的合作研究,2012年留校任教。
主要研究工作有:利用基于油菜基因組學(xué)的技術(shù)手段,通過亞基因組間重組,實現(xiàn)油菜基因組更新和育種資源創(chuàng)新;分析種間雜交和多倍化過程中油菜基因組結(jié)構(gòu)變化及其變異機(jī)理,以及油菜亞基因組間雜種優(yōu)勢遺傳基礎(chǔ)。
科研項目1)項目名稱“雜交導(dǎo)致的油菜基因組脅迫與轉(zhuǎn)座子激活的聯(lián)系及其遺傳效應(yīng)”,國家自然科學(xué)基金青年項目,2012-2014,主持人。
