學(xué)習(xí)工作經(jīng)歷:
1991年9月-1995年7月甘肅農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)獲農(nóng)學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位(林學(xué)專業(yè))。
1997年9月-2000年7 月在甘肅農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)獲作物遺傳育種專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位。
2000年9月-2003年7月在華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)獲作物遺傳育種專業(yè)博士學(xué)位。
1995年9月- 1997年9月在甘肅省小隴山林業(yè)科學(xué)研究所從事林業(yè)科研工作。
2003 年8月畢業(yè)留華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝林學(xué)學(xué)院蔬菜系從事教學(xué)和科研工作。
2006 年 2-7 月在國際馬鈴薯中心開展馬鈴薯晚疫病抗性相關(guān)侯選基因定位與分子標(biāo)記輔助選擇技術(shù)體系開發(fā)的合作研究工作。
2008 年11 月-2009 年11月受國家留學(xué)基金委“青年骨干教師出國研修項目” 資助,在英國蘇格蘭作物研究所植物病理系從事為期 1 年的博士后研究工作,主要開展馬鈴薯晚疫病菌關(guān)鍵效應(yīng)子功能研究。
2014年4月在國際馬鈴薯中心開展馬鈴薯晚疫病抗QTL位點精細(xì)定位合作研究。
研究方向:
馬鈴薯晚疫病抗性分子生物學(xué)。研究內(nèi)容包括馬鈴薯-晚疫病菌分子互作、抗病信號傳導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、抗病代謝途徑、重要抗病相關(guān)基因的克隆與功能鑒定,晚疫病抗性分子標(biāo)記輔助選擇育種體系開發(fā)與應(yīng)用等。
主要學(xué)術(shù)兼職:
中國馬鈴薯專業(yè)委員會委員,全球馬鈴薯晚疫病防治倡議組織會員,湖北馬鈴薯晚疫病預(yù)測預(yù)警系統(tǒng)負(fù)責(zé)人。湖北省自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊“馬鈴薯重要性狀功能基因組與遺傳改良”團(tuán)隊核心成員。J Exp Bot, PLoS ONE, Biomass and Bioenergy, Plant Pathology, Mol Bio Report, Scientia Horticulturae, J. Hort. Sci. Biotech.,中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué),園藝學(xué)報等刊物審稿人。
承擔(dān)項目情況:
現(xiàn)主持國家 “863” 目1項,國家自然科學(xué)基金項目2項,教育部博士點基金項目1項;作為核心研究人員參與重大國際合作項目1項,參與 “湖北省馬鈴薯產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展專項”、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系馬鈴薯產(chǎn)業(yè)體系崗位科學(xué)家-馬鈴薯育種課題研究。已主持完成國家自然科學(xué)基金項目2項,教育部重點項目1項,湖北省自然科學(xué)杰青項目1項,校優(yōu)秀團(tuán)隊培植項目1項。作為副組長完成國家 “863” 1項,作為骨干研究人員完成國際合作項目2項。另外作為主要研究人員參與完成國家 “863” ,“948” ,“湖北省自然科學(xué)基金計劃創(chuàng)新群體項目”,國家自然科學(xué)基金項目多項。
獲獎及榮譽:
2011 年獲湖北省自然科學(xué)基金杰出青年項目資助。
2007年獲湖北省技術(shù)發(fā)明一等獎1項,排名第6。
