陳炯炯,女,1982年2月出生,博士,華中農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)院園藝林學(xué)學(xué)院蔬菜系副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師,園藝植物生物學(xué)教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究人員。博士期間主要從事與生殖相關(guān)的S5基因的克隆以及功能分析,并對(duì)該基因編碼的天冬氨酸蛋白酶家族的起源進(jìn)化進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析。相關(guān)工作以第一作者發(fā)表在PNAS和Gene雜志上。目前,主要從事植物分子進(jìn)化研究,研究?jī)?nèi)容包括抗病基因進(jìn)化及功能分析;微型反向轉(zhuǎn)座子(MITE)進(jìn)化、起源,及其對(duì)植物基因和基因組進(jìn)化的影響;生菜葉型發(fā)育及進(jìn)化分析。相關(guān)工作以第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表在Mol Biol Evol,Nucleic Acids Res 和BMC Genomics等影響因子較高的雜志上。未來的研究工作將集中在人工選擇對(duì)生菜/萵筍株型、葉型的影響及其遺傳和分子機(jī)理。為了以后系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行葉型發(fā)育和進(jìn)化的研究,2013年5月至2014年5月美國(guó)加州大學(xué)伯克利分校從事一年葉發(fā)育相關(guān)研究(2013.05-2014.05)。
