湖南師范大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)研究生導(dǎo)師陳平介紹如下:
陳平,二級(jí)教授,生物化學(xué)博士。 1962年11月生, 1983年畢業(yè)于湖南大學(xué)化學(xué)化工學(xué)院分析化學(xué)專業(yè),1988年獲湖南師范大學(xué)生命科學(xué)學(xué)院生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)碩士學(xué)位, 2005 年獲生物化學(xué)與分子生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位。 2001 年曾作為訪問(wèn)學(xué)者在美國(guó)佛羅里達(dá)大學(xué)分子細(xì)胞生物化學(xué)系作訪問(wèn)研究。近年來(lái)主要從事蛋白質(zhì)化學(xué)與蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)的研究。主持了國(guó)家 973 項(xiàng)目子課題“膜蛋白以及膜蛋白復(fù)合體的分離鑒定新方法新技術(shù)”、國(guó)家 973 前期項(xiàng)目“與血管生成啟動(dòng)相關(guān)的質(zhì)膜蛋白質(zhì)組研究”、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目“肝臟再生過(guò)程中血竇內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞功能蛋白質(zhì)分析”、“肝再生過(guò)程中質(zhì)膜微區(qū)蛋白質(zhì)及復(fù)合物動(dòng)態(tài)變化研究”、“肝再生過(guò)程中肝血竇內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)控的信號(hào)途徑及機(jī)制研究”、“多肽探針研究Nav1.7調(diào)節(jié)前列腺癌PC3細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)移的分子機(jī)制 ” ,以及湖南省科技廳重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目“細(xì)胞膜蛋白質(zhì)組研究方法發(fā)展及其在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)細(xì)胞質(zhì)膜蛋白質(zhì)組研究中的應(yīng)用”的研究;并作為主要骨干研究人員參與并完成了國(guó)家科技攻關(guān)計(jì)劃“人類健康肝臟蛋白質(zhì)組表達(dá)譜以及國(guó)家 973 項(xiàng)目“重要疾病的蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)研究”等研究工作;曾獲 2007 年及 2003 年湖南省科技廳科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)和 1999 年國(guó)家教育部科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)三等獎(jiǎng)以及 1 項(xiàng)國(guó)家專利(專利號(hào) 為: ZL 2004 1 0023089 X )。在“ Journal of Neurochemistry ”、“ Journal of Proteome Research ” 等雜志上已發(fā)表相關(guān)論文8 0 余篇,參編著作三部。
