謝靜莉,女,工學(xué)博士,副研究員,華東理工大學(xué)生物工程學(xué)院。
現(xiàn)任生物反應(yīng)器工程國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室常務(wù)副主任,曾任華東理工大學(xué)生物工程學(xué)院食品科學(xué)與工程系副主任、常務(wù)副主任。先后作為課題組長(zhǎng)或負(fù)責(zé)人承擔(dān)科技部863計(jì)劃、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金項(xiàng)目、上海市科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目子課題,科技部973計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目子課題等多項(xiàng)國(guó)家及省部級(jí)課題,并與雀巢上海研發(fā)有限公司、美國(guó)派拉蒙農(nóng)場(chǎng)有限公司、上海漢康豆類(lèi)食品有限公司等多家國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)進(jìn)行合作。發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文53篇,其中以通訊/第一作者身份發(fā)表SCI論文30篇,授權(quán)專(zhuān)利7項(xiàng)。

食品生物技術(shù):基于功能基因組學(xué)的乳酸菌益生功能研究與天然活性物質(zhì)代謝途徑研究;基于結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)的食品酶學(xué)研究與酶制劑開(kāi)發(fā);具有益生和促進(jìn)健康作用的發(fā)酵食品開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)。
功能性食品:基于生物信息學(xué)與生物計(jì)算學(xué)的食源性活性肽靶向酶解與構(gòu)效關(guān)系研究;活性肽類(lèi)功能食品開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)。
