個人簡介
白明義,2007年在中國科學(xué)院植物研究所獲得博士學(xué)位,然后在美國Carnegie Institution for Science做博士后研究,于2014年5月回到山東大學(xué)工作,F(xiàn)為山東大學(xué)“齊魯學(xué)者”特聘教授,山東省“杰出青年基金”獲得者。主要從事激素和活性氧調(diào)控植物生長和碳-氮平衡利用的分子機制研究。近年來先后在Nature Cell Biology, Nature Communications, Plant Cell, PNAS等雜志發(fā)表多篇高水平的研究論文,在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)生較大影響。現(xiàn)為中國細胞生物學(xué)會理事,山東植物生理學(xué)會常務(wù)理事,植物學(xué)報編委。
研究方向
我們實驗室主要以模式植物擬南芥和糧食作物小麥為材料,利用遺傳學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、基因組學(xué)、蛋白組學(xué)等手段研究植物激素油菜素內(nèi)脂和活性氧信號調(diào)控植物生長和碳-氮平衡利用的分子機理研究。具體來講我們研究以下五個方面的內(nèi)容:
(1)油菜素內(nèi)脂和活性氧調(diào)控植物生長發(fā)育和逆境響應(yīng)分子機制
(2)油菜素內(nèi)脂和活性氧調(diào)控植物糖代謝和糖信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)的分子機制;
(3)油菜素內(nèi)脂和活性氧調(diào)控植物氮吸收、利用和信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)的分子機制;
(4)油菜素內(nèi)脂和活性氧調(diào)控植物碳-氮平衡利用的分子機制;
(5)解析油菜素內(nèi)脂調(diào)控小麥株型和碳-氮平衡利用的分子機理,為培育高產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)小麥新品種奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。
