【個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介】
張敏博士于2006年獲天津大學(xué)管理科學(xué)與工程專業(yè)博士學(xué)位,主要講授課程包括:《服務(wù)營(yíng)銷》、《運(yùn)營(yíng)管理》、《質(zhì)量管理》。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)榉⻊?wù)質(zhì)量、服務(wù)營(yíng)銷、質(zhì)量管理與質(zhì)量工程,運(yùn)營(yíng)管理。承擔(dān)多項(xiàng)國(guó)家縱向課題,其中包括國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目、教育部人文社科項(xiàng)目、教育部新博士點(diǎn)基金新教師項(xiàng)目和天津大學(xué)北洋學(xué)者等自主創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目。研究成果發(fā)表在Journal of Business Ethics, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, The Service Industries Journal,Information Systems Frontiers, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence, Journal of Service Theory and Practice, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research等SSCI/SCI國(guó)際期刊。
兼任天津市現(xiàn)場(chǎng)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)會(huì)理事,目前是European Journal of Marketing, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, Total Quality Management & Business Excellence等多個(gè)SSCI/SCI檢索國(guó)際期刊審稿人,國(guó)內(nèi)期刊《系統(tǒng)工程理論與實(shí)踐》、《管理學(xué)報(bào)》等審稿人。另外,把最新的服務(wù)質(zhì)量和質(zhì)量管理理念和方法應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐,與聯(lián)想集團(tuán)、天津西門子電氣傳動(dòng)、上海寶鋼、戴爾、一汽集團(tuán)、太鋼、中航集團(tuán)等知名企業(yè)進(jìn)行過(guò)服務(wù)質(zhì)量或質(zhì)量管理方面的項(xiàng)目合作和管理咨詢。
